Start-up of photovoltaic farm by the plant in Krosno

Being aware of the care for environment and natural resources, we are proud to announce that we have finished the installation of the solar farm, which is located by our manufacturing plant in Krosno. The solar farm SPLAST Krosno is a photovoltaic plant with total power of 1116 kWp. The most important feature of it is the fact that it is connected with the internal power grid of the plant. This solution enables direct consumption of energy produced by the machinery park, technological equipment and other electric devices. Annual energy production is estimated at around 1 million kWh, and thus avoiding carbon dioxide emissions at 600 tonnes per year.
