Implementation of the IFS system

At the SPLAST Group we believe operations improvement is the key to the growth of both the company and its employees. Today we start working in the IFS system, advanced and open-ended ERP solution strictly customized for expanding needs of the SPLAST Group. Supported by the producer, this software enables an integrated management of various areas in our enterprise, such as production, consignments or finance. Such wide-reaching venture had been preceded by months of internal preparations and trainings with the IFS Poland team.
